The role of the Development Officer will be to provide continuity and promote rugby within the local community, including special needs and secondary schools. Mark will work closely with the Director of Rugby Chris Hayton and Chairman of Youth Rugby, Nigel Pearson to provide the link between the youth of the local community and the club.
